Capital City Farmers’ Market – Saturday, May 4 – 9am-noon

You guys!!! The first farmers’ market of our 11th season is this Saturday! Market falls on May 4th, so…May the 4th Be With You is our theme. Kids, be sure to stop by and make your own lightsaber, compliments of Bab’s Bites ‘n Bones. We will be listening to Star Wars themed music as well! Plus, I’m sure Face Painting by Amanda will be able to create some fantastic imagery.

If that’s not enough, we are pumped about The Dakota Cuban food truck joining us with breakfast burritos! Grab a burrito, sit down at one of our customer tents to enjoy, and figure out your next move.

Cinco de Mayo is Sunday, so be sure to plan a lovely meal around your margaritas!! Grab some flank or skirt steak from Haiwick, salsa from Cedar Creek, cilantro jalapeno hummus from B&G Produce, and then finish off your meal with churro cupcakes from our new vendor, Beth Penrod of Flavorgasm.

As a market, we accept credit cards and EBT. Shop vendors who accept cc/EBT and pay once before you leave! Stop at the Market Manager booth to start the process and have fun shopping.

This week’s vendors:     B&G Produce, Bab’s Bites ‘n Bones, Bad River Pack, Cedar Creek Gardens, Flavorgasm, Haiwick Heritage Ranch, The Dakota Cuban
