Market – Saturday, September 10

beans

Matt and I are loving the Fall weather. Warm during the day and cool at night. Windows are open most of the time in our home allowing the daily breezes to flow through. It’s a bit like a cleanse for our house. Fall essentially means we’re starting our day wearing long sleeve button-ups, transitioning to short sleeves, and ending the day with sweaters. Love. It!

This time of year also has us thinking about slow cooked meats and hearty soups. We braised some Hanisch chicken thighs last night with some garden potatoes, carrots, and onions. Delicious! A few nights ago, we made a creamy potato and leek soup. Amazing. As much as we love a simple BLT, this time of year allows for layers of flavor.

We’re setting up for another fantastic weekend at the CCFM. Pick up your morning brew from Sunshine Coffee and stroll through the vendors. We look forward to chatting with you!

We now take credit cards and EBT. Shop all the vendors and pay once before you leave! Stop at the Market Manager booth to start the process and have fun shopping.
