Thanks to all of you who shopped at the Capital City Farmers’ Market last weekend. What a wonderful first market! One night this week, Matt and I had Hanisch ribeyes (really, really good) with some roasted B and G Produce asparagus. Another night, we roasted various vegetables and served them atop some of the B and G Produce bread. It’s so great to have local items at our fingertips!
This weekend will be a small crew, but we will be there! Due to the holiday weekend, we are going to limit our hours. We’ll be open 9am-11am, so stop early and get the goodies! This will be the only weekend B and G Produce will have seedlings. So, if you want them…stop Saturday and get them!
B and G Produce
· Garden Orbs
· Herbs (Chives, Rosemary, Sage, Tarragon, Thyme)
· Peacock Feathers
· Rustic Peasant Bread
· Seedlings (basil, tomatoes, peppers)
· Spinach (maybe)
Reiner Honey – Reiners will be back this week with their local honey. Stop down and ask them about their bees!
